Welcome to Dev’s Cricket Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in our training programs, or making any payment through our website or payment gateway, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
- Enrollment of minors (below 18 years) is done strictly by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on behalf of the child.
- The parent or guardian confirms that the trainee is medically fit to participate in physical sports training.
2. Membership Plans & Pricing
Dev’s Cricket Academy currently offers the following plans:
- Monthly Plan: ₹2,500
- Yearly Plan: ₹24,000
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Fees are subject to revision without prior notice.
3. Payment Methods
Payments can be made through secure third-party payment gateways including:
- Credit Cards / Debit Cards
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Wallets
Dev’s Cricket Academy does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI IDs, or banking credentials.
4. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy
- All payments are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where required under applicable law.
- Once a payment is successfully processed, no refunds, cancellations, or reversals will be entertained.
- This applies to, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Non-attendance
- Injury or illness
- Personal or scheduling conflicts
- Discontinuation of training
By proceeding with payment, the user explicitly agrees to this policy.
5. Non-Transferability
- Memberships are strictly non-transferable.
- Paid plans cannot be shared, reassigned, or transferred to another individual under any circumstances.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after successful payment.
- Any chargeback raised in violation of this policy may result in:
- Immediate suspension of membership
- Permanent restriction from academy services
- The academy reserves the right to submit transaction logs, invoices, and proof of policy acceptance to banks or payment gateways.
7. Failed or Duplicate Payments
- Failed transactions, if debited, will be reversed by the bank or gateway as per their timelines.
- In case of duplicate payments due to technical errors, the excess amount may be adjusted or refunded at the sole discretion of Dev’s Cricket Academy after verification.
8. Training, Medical Fitness, Safety & Conduct
- Participation in training is entirely at the member’s own risk.
- Members confirm that they do not suffer from any undisclosed medical condition that could affect participation.
- Dev’s Cricket Academy is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications arising during training, practice sessions, or matches.
- The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund for misconduct, indiscipline, or rule violations.
9. Program & Schedule Changes
- Training schedules, coaching staff, facilities, or program structure may change due to operational or administrative reasons.
- Such changes do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments.
10. Media Consent
- The academy may capture photographs or videos during training, matches, or events.
- These may be used for promotional, educational, or social media purposes unless a written objection is submitted in advance by the parent or member.
11. Intellectual Property
- All logos, content, images, videos, and training material are the exclusive property of Dev’s Cricket Academy.
- Unauthorized reproduction, reuse, or distribution is prohibited.
12. Force Majeure
Dev’s Cricket Academy shall not be held liable for service disruption due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural calamities, government orders, public emergencies, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction only.
14. Acceptance of Terms
- Completion of payment constitutes explicit acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
- Acceptance is enforced via a mandatory checkbox on the payment page.
