What began with 50 enthusiastic beginners has evolved into one of the leading cricket coaching academies in Indore, now training over 250 players across three centers

Devashish Nilosey is a seasoned cricket professional with a rich legacy in Indian domestic cricket. Born on December 4, 1964, in Indore, he represented Madhya Pradesh in 46 first-class and 16 List A matches between 1984 and 1996. An all-rounder, he notched up over 2000 runs, including three centuries, with a top score of 128 against Railways in 1994. As a right-arm seam bowler, his standout performance was taking ten wickets in a match against Vidarbha in 1991.
Transitioning seamlessly into coaching, Devashish has held pivotal roles, including coaching the Madhya Pradesh team and the India U-19 national team. Currently, he serves as the Hon. Secretary of the Indore Divisional Cricket Association (IDCA). He remains deeply committed to nurturing young talent, with a sharp focus on developing technically sound, mentally strong players ready for the next level of competition.

Rajesh Patidar is one of the most sought-after video analysts in Indian domestic cricket. With over 15 years of coaching and performance monitoring experience, he has been nationally appointed by multiple state cricket associations for his expertise in player assessment and game analysis.
His deep interest in cricket analytics and statistics has made him a domain expert in designing and using advanced software for video-based performance tracking. Rajesh conducts detailed skill assessments of promising players in collaboration with their coaches, providing precise, data-backed suggestions for improvement.
Known for his methodical approach, he blends technical training with performance metrics to help players elevate their game. His focus on fundamentals, tactical awareness, and tech-enabled analysis makes him an integral part of long-term player development programs.
